Simply create a new recipe, search and select ingredients from the USDA nutrition database pre-populated with accurate nutrition data, and set the amounts for each ingredient. You’ll immediately see the macro proportions for your recipe and a nutrition label based on a 100g serving size. You can then update these to match your ingredients and packaging.

Additionally, you can track prices from various suppliers for each ingredient, which are automatically used to calculate recipe costs by batch or per serving. This information is critical for pricing your products optimally and should be easily accessible to food producers of all sizes.
